Pacaya Samiria National Reserve Jungle Peru

It's located in Peru´s Amazon region; 93 miles far from iquitos. The pacaya samiria reserve is a triangular shaped area between the marañon and Ucayali Rivers. These rivers intersect at the north eastern tip of the reserve, marking the beginning of what is considered the Amazon.

Is a still virgin wild life area, was declared as national reserve 1972 and en largest to it is present size of 5,137.000acres in 1982 the reserve it is fourth largest in all south America , the great size of the reserve assures that will be ecologically and genetically representative of the region.

Itinerary
Day 1

Early in the morning we will pick you up from your hotel at 7:ooa.m then you will meet with our team, then we will head 40 minutes by bus, after that you will go by ship or boat around 3:00 hours to pacaya samiria national reserve a long the way you will see it different species of birds, and pink dolphins, grey dolphins at this night after dinner we will go for a walk to see the night animals, then we will go to bed. (L/d) CAMPING.

Day 2

Early morning after breakfast we will go by ship in Yana Yacu Riverthen, we will go slow more than 3 hours; along the journey we will see different king of monkeys, birds, macaws, toucans, parrots, and herons etc. Tonight we will stay at Yana yacu river side, after lunch we will explore ourself. We will go to the jungle along the way we will see it medicinal plants and many wild animals. At night we will go for crocodile’s and another’s species of wild animals. (B/l/d) CAMPING.

Day 3

After breakfast we will go by light walk in the way we will visit some lakes where we will fish some piranhas, then we will see some turtles and anacondas, you will have the chance to fish another kind of fishes. (B/L/D) CAMPING.

Day 4

Today we will be still walking in the jungle looking for more fun, so we will re reenergize then we will go to explore for more wild life everywhere you will see something different the only you have to do is being ready to catch them and they will be there. (B/L/d) CAMPING.

Day 5

After a good breakfast we will take a look a little bit more and then we will go back to 20 January village then towards nauta, at this village we will have lunch after lunch we will go by bus to the city of Iquitos. We will arrive there at 5:00 p.m. (B/L).
