Whitewater Rafting in the Apurimac River Cusco Peru
For those who knows is the worlds 10 best rivers to run for is variety of rapids and nice climate with its spectacular canyon, clean water and local flora and fauna.
We have a good team who knows their job and are very friendly people. The apurimac-ucayaly-amazon rivers it is the longest river in the world, but too turbulent to be useful. The name of the river means in two Quechua or Peruvian native language speaker god.
Itinerary Day 1
Early morning we will pick you up from your hotel to drive to wallpachaca. Which is located about 2,000 m.a.s.l. after lunch we will get the instructions about rafting and the rapids from the route today we will raft II and III rapids then we will arrive to the camping site to relax, we will camp on the river side.
Day 2
After breakfast we will pick the camps and then we will raft class III and VI rapids for about seven hours. Stopping only for lunch then we will still raft until the next camping site.
Day 3
Today is our strongest day rafting, you will enjoy every minute this experience, and in journey you will find amazing views. After breakfast we will raft some class III, VI and V rapids before ending our raft at kunyac bridge. We will have lunch then we will return to Cusco city. Arriving about 19:00 p.m, then we can see the video with our team from the trip in the pub at the evening.
