Inka Trail Machu Picchu Cusco Peru

Day 1 .- Early morning we will pick you up from your hotel we are going to drive to the central railway station and ride the train to k.m 104. We will head urubamba river side.

On the way you will see some Inca places and you will realize a change in the vegetation as soon as we will get there … till the first control point, after the control we will start to hike the first Inca site (chachabamba) during the journey you will see a nice panoramic view points before getting the nice waterfall few more minutes hiking we will arrive to the spectacular Inca site (wiñaywayna) or (forever young).

The next way to the sun gate will be jungle, jungle then you will make a final turn and approach the trail entry a sigh of relief to know the rewards is only a few steps further as you enter into intipunku or ( the sun gate) here you will get your first magnificent view of the forgotten city.

The next journey will be down the hill hiking into the sacred city after that we will go to the check point and to machupicchu for checking at the Hotel (l/d).

Day 2.- We will wake up early, after breakfast we will take the bus to machupicchu .your guide will explain you the history and the myths that surrounds this archaeological wonder from this corner of the world in the afternoon you will take train back to Cusco.

We suggest buying one month in advance at least. Please note that there is a limit of visitors per day so we also suggest buying your trip as soon as possible.
