Itinerary

Day 1 :Transfer in Cusco city Tour

Reception at airport of Cusco and transfer to your selected hotel City tour
Duration: half day tour

It includes the most significant sites in and around Cusco City such: the Qoricancha (temple of the sun) which displays the best Inca stonework at the city and the Cathedral located in the Main Square with its magnificent colonial art. The tour drives along the Circumvallation Road up to famous fortress of Saqsahuaman, shrine of Qenqo, the fortress of Puka pukara and the spring shrine of Tambomachay, Included: Spanish and English speaking professional guide, Tourist ticket valid for the entrance to many museums and ruins, round trip transportation by bus to the HOTEL.

Day 2 :Inca trail

Inca trail to Machu Picchu (Day 1: Cusco - Km 82 - Wayllabamba) We will depart from Cusco and go to Urubamba where we will have a brief stop, then to piscacucho to start trekking, We will have lunch in Miskay an have little rest of a half hour approximately, then we will head to our first campsite. During the route we will visit the archeological site called Llactapata. (L/D) CAMPING SITE.

Day 3 :Inca trail

Inca trail to Machu Picchu (Day 2: Wayllabamba - Warmiwañusca - Pacaymayo) We will have breakfast early and start trekking to the highest point of the Inca Trail where we can see different ecological zones and enjoy changing climates, we will cross the Warmiwañusca pass at 4200 meters above sea level. After lunch we will continue to the campsite at Pacaymayo and enjoy dinner following with a well deserved rest. (B/L/D) CAMPING SITE.

Day 4 :Inca trail

Inca trail to Machu Picchu (Day 3: Pacaymayo - Chaqicocha - Wiñaywayna) We will walk approximately 45 minutes up for reaching the second pass at 3850 meters above sea level and visit Runkuraqay, we will also visit Sayacmarca archeological group and then go on to Phuyupatamarca Inca site. After lunch we will head to Wiñaywayna where we spend our last night. (B/l/D) CAMPING SITE.

Day 5 :Inca trail

Inca trail to Machu Picchu (Day 4: Wiñaywayna - Machu Picchu). After an early breakfast, we start on the final leg of the trek to Machupicchu.
We will arrive at Inti Punku or the sun gate where we will have a panoramic view of Machupicchu citadel. After a short hike down to Machupicchu, we will register and start our 3 hour guided visit.

After enjoying the ruins, we will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes where you will have a buffet lunch in a Typical Restaurant, then free time to enjoy the town before we return to Cusco. (B/L) HOTEL

Day 6 :Inca trail

Transfer out Breakfast, transfer to the airport and end of our services. (B).
