Itinerary
Day 1 :Arrive to Lima (Free day)
Our personal meets you at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 :Lima City tour
This excursion provides a combination of the Pre-Hispanic era, colonial period and Modern Lima and enables the visitor to get acquainted with Lima's complete history.
The visit includes the Historical center , paseo la republica, San Martin square, Main Square, Government Palace, Basilica Cathedral , City Hall Palace, colonial mansions.
Also visit the convent and San Francisco church, the greatest monumental assembly of colonial art in America.The tour continues Through the Residential areas: San Isidro, Mira Flores and the modern Lima. (B) HOTEL.
Day 3 :Lima - Juliaca – Puno
Transfer to the airport and flight to Juliaca airport, we will Pick you up at the airport and travel for one hour to Puno and transfer to your hotel. (B) HOTEL.
Day 4 :Puno - Uros – Amantani
Early in the morning we board a boat and travel to the floating reed islands of Uros then continue for approximately two hours by boat to reach the Amantani Island, Guided tours by this island, lunch at night enjoy and overnight home stay with a local Family. (B/L/D) HOTELS FAMILY.
Day 5 :Taquile- Puno
Return by boat to Puno, stay in Puno. (B) HOTEL.
Day 6 :Puno – Cusco
Travel by bus to Cusco, Passing by some small towns in Puno like Pukara, then the Pass “La Raya”, hot springs ( 4,330m.a.s.l.) the border between Cusco and Puno, continue to Sicuani , Raqchi , afternoon visit to Andahuaylillas and Pikillacta then arrive to Cusco Hotel.
Cusco City Tour Duration: half day that includes the most significant sites in and around Cusco City, such: Qoricancha (temple of the sun) which displays the best Inca stonework in the city and the Cathedral at Main Square with its magnificent colonial art.
The tour drives along the Circunvalacion Road up to the famous fortress of SaQsahuaman, shrine of Qenqo, the fortress of Puka pukara and the spring shrine of Tambomachay. Included: Spanish and English speaking professional guide, Tourist ticket valid for the entrance to many museums and ruins as well, round trip transportation by bus (B) HOTEL.
Day 7 :Sacred Valley Tour Duration: full day
It includes guided visit to the native market of Pisaq, there you can purchase beautiful textiles, jewelry and ceramics at bargain prices, Calca, Urubamba where you will have lunch, Ruins of Ollantaytambo, and the Chinchero market.
Day 8 :Inca trail (Day 1: Cusco - Km 82 - Wayllabamba)
We will depart from Cusco and go ahead to Urubamba where we will have a brief stop then to piscacucho to start trekking.
We will have lunch in Miskay with an additional rest of a half hour approximately, after which we start our trek to the first campsite. During the route we will visit the archeological site named as patallacta. (B/L/D) CAMPING SITE.
Day 9 :Inca trail (Day 2: Wayllabamba - Warmiwańusca - Pacaymayo)
We will have breakfast early and start trekking to the highest point of the Inca Trail, where we can see different ecological zones and enjoy the changing Climates, we will cross the Warmiwańusca pass at 4200 m.a.s.l. After lunch we will continue to the campsite at Pacaymayo and Enjoy the tea time and dinner. (B/L/D) CAMPING SITE.
Day 10 :Inca trail (Day 3: Pacaymayo - Chaqicocha - Wińaywayna)
We will walk approximately 45 minutes up to reach the second pass at 3850 m.a.s.l. s. l and we will visit Runkuraqay on the way, visiting also the Sayacmarca archeological group and then go to Phuyupatamarca Inca site. After lunch we will head to Wińaywayna where we will spend our last night. (B/L/D) CAMPING SITE.
Day 11 :Inca trail (Day 4: Wińaywayna - Machu Picchu)
After an early breakfast, we start to the final leg of the trek to Machupicchu. We will arrive at Inti Punku or the sun gate where we will have a nice panoramic View of Machupicchu citadel. After a short hike down to Machupicchu, we will Register and start our 3 hour guided visit.
After enjoying the ruins, We will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes where you will have a buffet lunch in a Typical Restaurant then free time to enjoy the town before returning Cusco. (B/L) HOTEL.
Day 12 :Cusco
A half day walking tour in Cusco visiting the market and explore some antique neighbors like San Blas and some colonial places. At night buffet dinner (typical show included) (B/D) HOTEL...
Day 13 & Day 14 & Day 15 :Puerto Maldonado – Cusco
Day 16 :Puerto Maldonado - Cusco – Lima
Transfer to the Puerto Maldonado Airport. (B) All tours are in shared service.
