After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Cuzco, the ancient Inca capital. After the one hour flight, reception and transfer to the hotel and accommodation in a family room. Free afternoon to explore Cuzco on foot. Options include the cathedral, Qoricancha temple and several museums. Dinner in the evening followed by a folkloric show. City tour walking in the city Garcilaso or royal inka hotel.

day 3: sacred valley B,L

Full-day excursion to Urubamba, the sacred valley of the Incas and to the ancient Inca market town of Pisac. A visit will be made to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town that was not defeated by the Spanish. Return to Cuzco and the traditional market town of Chinchero. Return to your hotel. day 4: machu picchu B,L

Transfer to the railway station for the Vistadome class train to Aguas Calientes. Full day's guided tour of Machu Picchu, the most spectacular ancient city in the world. Return to Cuzco. Transfer to your hotel. Garcilaso or royal inka

Day 5: Cusco- Puno B,L,D

Transfer to the bus station for the wonderful trans-altiplano journey. Many stops will be made along the way including a stop for lunch at Siccuani. Reception and transfer to the 3* puno inn hotel in Puno. Accommodation in a family room.

day 6: lake titicaca B,L,D

After breakfast, a tour by boat to the island's of Uros amantani on Lake Titicaca. A tour of the reed islands of Uros before continuing onto the wonderful island of amantani. Lunch on the island. Overnight with local family.at amantani

Day 7: Puno B,L
