Your Amazon adventure begins upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado. Our team will استقبال you and transfer you toward the Tambopata River.

Day 2: Macaw Clay Lick – Jungle Walk – Caiman Search

Travel by boat along the Tambopata River to reach the Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick, where hundreds of macaws and parrots gather at sunrise to feed on mineral-rich clay—a unique natural phenomenon.
After breakfast in the field, return to the lodge with chances to observe monkeys, capybaras, and possibly elusive predators along the riverbanks.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided ethnobotanical walk, learning about medicinal plants, ancient trees, and Amazonian ecosystems.
At night, embark on a caiman search by boat, scanning the riverbanks for glowing eyes in the darkness.
